| If you are looking for some real Main Street dining right here on Long Island, look no further. The Sayville Modern Diner is a railroad-car style diner on Main Street in the village of Sayville. This place dates back to the 1930s and hasn't changed much since then. Check out the old picture they have behind the counter of when the place was new, then order a burger, fries and a shake and have a great meal. It's odd that they still call it the "modern" diner. |  |
